Architected and built from scratch a multi-tenant monitoring and alerting platform for high-traffic systems, now covering 6,000+ customer tenants, applying SOLID and Clean Code principles throughout.

Built AI-driven automation to detect issues and calculate incident severity, including AI agents built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and SAP Joule. Led development of an alerting server and API with Microsoft Teams integration and interactive modals, letting support teams interface with systems directly.

Deployed and operated containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes (Helm) on AWS and Azure, with CI/CD via GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines and Argo. Collaborated directly with global clients in a fully international team.

Participated in SAP's two-year Rotation Program, working across three different product areas.

Designed and maintained business warehousing solutions and the provisioning services that stand up client-hosted instances. Built metering and billing services, including a web application for pricing estimation and customer prospecting. Developed payroll solutions and implemented legal changes for Canadian customers, resolving customer-reported bugs directly.

Co-founded a platform that simplifies capital-gains tax calculation for BOVESPA trades using only brokerage trading receipts.

Implemented the authentication service (email verification and notifications) and a PDF parsing pipeline that extracts trade data from multiple broker receipt formats. Designed and implemented the core tax-calculation engine from users' trading data.

CWI is a Brazil-based IT company serving clients around the globe. I worked as a full-stack developer across two teams, engaging directly with international clients.

Implemented endpoints and refactored an end-to-end encryption system for a credit-card application. Built a real-time monitoring dashboard and full-stack web applications with authentication, deployed on Heroku, using Spring Boot and .NET.

A six-month training and internship initiative that integrates technology students into the job market through hands-on web development.

Learned React and Spring Boot while collaborating with fellow trainees to build full web applications. This was my introduction to professional web development, and it led directly to an internship at CWI.

Graduated with honours (laureateship) in Computer Science from PUCRS.

Contributed to research proposing a new approach to exception handling in TypeScript based on clean-code principles. Served as a mentor for the Algorithms and Data Structures course, supporting students and collaborating with instructors on code translation and refactoring.
